BSOD While Playing Games

I keep having BSOD, but recently a certain error code happened twice while I was playing games. WHEA_UNCONTROLLABLE_ERROR and the PC will crash. Idk if it's i'm stressing my GPU too much? But even so, it shouldn't crash the whole PC on me. The GPU temp usually does not go above 60c (least from what RealTemps is reading), and both times I was playing both games between High to Max'ish settings to get the best 60fps performance. I'm having BSOD errors all the time usually during BOOT and is getting really annoying.

The GPU drivers are the latest and are up to date. The same error occurred even before, and AFTER I updated the the driver and did a 100% clean install on the driver and nVidia Experence.

By the way the 2 games were GTA V and the Tom Clancy's - The Division BETA.

I am not sure what to do........ If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

Bout to got to a PC repair shop lol.

Hi,

Heat related BSOD events do not always mean an excessive level is reached as a
single component could be too sensitive to even the normal levels of heat.

Be sure to check with ASUStek Support, their on-line documentation and drivers,
and ask in their forums about any known issues (see below). Make sure the BIOS,
chipset drivers, and all major drivers are the latest.

BugCheck 124, {0, ffffe00061ef0028, bf800000, 124}

Probably caused by : GenuineIntel

124, 139, 7E, 1A, 1E, and 3B <-- when there are this many different bug_checks
added to the results below (124 analysis) hardware is strongly indicated. Good
chance it is the processor, or the heat sink, or the compound between them.

All the minidumps were analyzed and only two others had clear causes and you
have already updated the drivers indicated - the Nvidia drivers.

Could be heat related - try using a small fan to blow into the air intakes to see
if that helps. Does it just act like it loses power or does it shutdown in a normal
manner? Heat related does not always mean too much heat as it is very possible
that something is too sensitive to even normal levels of heat

Remove ALL power and reseat all cards, memory, and cables (both ends when
possible) - actually remove and replace - do not just snug. Remove the dust
bunnies and clean the vents. Check that the fans work (before and after opening
the case).

This sounds like hardware so if the above does not help then you probably need
the help of a real computer shop (one that does its own in-shop service) or the
System Maker's Support.

This is usually heat related, defective hardware, memory or even processor though
it is  "possible" that it is driver related (rare). Remove ALL power and reseat all
cards, memory and cables (on both ends) - actually remove and replace - do not
just snug. Make sure the system has adequate ventilation - add a small fan
blowing into intakes. Carefully inspect the motherboard and other cards for
damage. Pay attention to the fatal hardware error implication. You may need
a real computer shop (not leeks and peeks at a BestBuy  or other BigBox stores)
or the System maker's Support.

Check the processor seating, heat sink, and the compound between the processor
and the heat sink which are common causes.

There have been a few instances where Norton/Symantec and other antivirus/security programs have caused this error.
