I had the upgrade from Windows & to Windows 10 and now my all-in-one Brother MFC7360N is not working anymore.

I'm having issues since the update as well with my Brother MFC-9340CDW.. I've tried following the website's instructions by uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the 8.1 drivers and it's still not working right. Everything I print is WAY zoomed in and every time I try to scan something by using the touchscreen on the printer it just hangs on "connecting to computer". Looks like we may just have to wait till they finally release some Windows 10 drivers :/

Hi,

Same printer, same problem.  (Brother MFC-7360N)

I followed the troubleshooting steps, no resolution.

I installed the drivers from the original drivers disk that came with the machine, no resolution.

I downloaded the more recent drivers from brother.com, no resolution.

I uninstalled the drivers and then reinstalled, no resolution.

Windows 10 doesn't recognize the printer as any of its component parts, but as a 'composite device' that has no manufacturer or other specifications:

Any information or help is much appreciated.

Same Issue here,

After a 30 minute hold and 20 conversation with brother teck support I was told because the printer worked with my windows 7 laptop the problem is in the new windows 10 PC.  I googled "brother MFC-7360 not working with windows 10" and came to this page.   I plugged the printer into my windows 7 PC updated the firmware then did the upgrade everything is working well.

Thanks geek_munich.
