I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be happy to assist you today. I understand you have a problem with Bluetooth not working. Did you made any changes recently? When was the last time it's working properly? What is the make and model of your device?
Please try this first if it helps.
Power off the system then pull the power cable from the laptop wait for 15 minutes
Power back on
Disable/Enable Bluetooth
Press Start then search Device Manager
Right click or press and hold on your Bluetooth device, click/tap on Disable device
Right-click again then Enable
Run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
Press Start then search command prompt
Right click then run as administrator
type: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
Run the troubleshooter
Restart your PC
Boot into Safe Mode
Press Win+R to open Run. type: msconfig
Under Boot tab and put a check on Safe Boot
Restart your computer and it should boot into Safe mode.
Drivers will be installed automatically.
Press Win+R to open Run. type: msconfig
Under Boot tab and uncheck Safe Boot
Restart your computer again to boot in Normal Mode
Check if the Bluetooth issue is resolved.

Thank you for updating me that information. Have you tried to completely shutting off your laptop? Have you tried booting in Safe Mode? This method usually fix this kind of issue most of the time.
If it doesn't work, Please try to perform a System Restore on an earlier date which the Bluetooth was still working.
Press Start
Search for Create a restore point, and click the top result to open the System Properties.
Click the System Restore button.
Choose a different restore point. Click the Next button.
Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer. You can check the box "Show more restore points"
Click Next then Finish
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

Hello John,
I tried to load a restore point from earlier this month at which I know I used Bluetooth, however Bluetooth was still missing its toggle on and off button. I even tried to reset my computer by re downloading Windows (I didn't mind re downloading all my apps) and updated to the latest update. However, Bluetooth is still missing from my Device Manager and it states that I do not have Bluetooth installed. I even downloaded Bluetooth drivers from Intel that were said to be compatible with my laptop, but they do not show on my Device Manager.

What is the model of your Lenovo Yoga laptop?
Open Device Manager > View Tab > Show hidden Devices
Check if you can see your Bluetooth device.
Please check any keys on your keyboard to switch on Bluetooth
