Bluetooth mouse wont work

Since my upgrade to Win10 (from 8.1 Pro), I cannot get my Bluetooth mouse to connect to my PC.

The mouse will pair, but does not respond after pairing.

It also keeps in trying to pair.

Mouse does work on other pc's

Hardware: Dell XPS13 (win 10 compatible) and a Rapoo 6080 mouse
