Bluetooth Adapter not in device manager

Today I installed an OKN (ax200) wifi6 pcie wifi card w/ bluetooth 5.1 into my builds pciex1 slot

(aorus z390 pro board

& intel core i9)

The wifi is working fantastically however the bluetooth is not,

it does not allow me the option to turn bluetooth on and off! In my device manager, bluetooth adapter doesnt appear after clicking “show hidden devices” nor is there anything in universal bus controllers that would correlate.

I would really like to have bluetooth set up on this pc , i also made sure i downloaded both drivers. However ive uninstalled them after trying to reinstall them.

please help im open to any troubleshooting suggestions.

(Windows 10 OS is up to date)

Hello Abdirahman,

thank you for your prompt response to my question, I appreciate you.

In regards to your first question,

1.) version 2004 (OS BUILD 19041.388)

2.) In response to the 2nd question you asked me, there was no instruction to install any proprietary software from OKN, it however instructed me to download two drivers from intel, one for wifi, one for bluetooth.

Hi Dreski2ski;

Thank you for the update, try one the methods below and see if that works:-

1 - Make sure that you fitted and installed the card on motherboard very well
2 - Uninstall the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth along with drivers file then reboot and let auto-detect install
3 - Make sure BIOS is up-to-date
4 - Visit the link and install latest version

I’ve done all of that.

the problem is that Windows isn’t detecting the Bluetooth driver its only detecting the WiFi

a piece of information that i thought was relevant is that the intel automatic driver update tool detected the WiFi driver but not Bluetooth

Hi Dreski2ski;

Hit "Windows Logo" and type "Control Panel" then hit Enter
On the Right-up corner change Category to "Large icons"
Look for "Devices and Printers" and see if there is any device related with Bluetooth
