The drive should be compatible with Windows 10.

One thing, in the Device Manager see if the drive appears as an "Initio" device as explained in the following link:

Much thanks but there is no "initio combo device class " under Device manager. I received the following from Asus technical "support"...

Which really tells me nothing that I can use to correct the problem.. I "felt free" to contact them again......Still waiting with baited breath for a reply.....Anyway, have a great new year and thanks.....

Users report the drive works in Windows 10.

What USB ports is the drive connected to?

Also, can you see if the drive works in Safe Mode?
