Hi Rajeev,
I realize the inconvenience you are facing. Let me help you in resolving the issue.
I like to inform you that this issue might occur because of incorrect settings or incompatible drivers. Let’s try to follow the below mentioned steps and check if that helps.
Method 1: Hardware and devices troubleshooter
The built-in hardware and devices troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues with hardware. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if there is any issue with the display adapter. Refer top these steps:
1. Press “Windows key + X” Open “Control Panel”
2. Click on Troubleshooting and select the view all option on the left pane.
3. Click on Hardware and devices troubleshooter and follow the prompts.
Method 2: If the issue persists, update the device driver from Device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.
- Press Window logo + X keys on the keyboard and select Device manager from the context menu.
- Expand Keyboard option to update keyboard drivers and Mice and other pointing devices for mouse drivers.
- Right click on the driver and select Update this software option from the context menu.
- Follow the on-screen instruction and wait for the update to complete.
- After the update is complete, check if the changes are effective.
Method 3: If the issue persists, I suggest youto install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
1. Download the mouse driver from the manufacturer’s website
2. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
3. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.
4. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists

Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Please follow the Troubleshooting given below and check if its helps.
Method 1: Update the Bootcamp software via the OS part of your laptop.
Go to Bootcamp assistant
Choose option that ask to update latest boot camp software for Win 7
Insert a blank USB drive
Once download is complete go back into Windows 10 and find the USB drive
Go to Bootcamp/drivers/Apple/Bluetooth and install all the files that show Bluetooth
Install the file called setup and let it install all drivers back on to MAC While you are still accessing Windows.
After doing this restart PC and check.
Method 2:
Find bootcamp version of your computer from here, and download it.. https://support.apple.com/en-am/HT204048
Open downloaded zip file.. and find folder called "AppleBluetoothBroadcom"(for me it was inside of "$WinPEDriver$" folder) extract it, and run the installer (called "DPInst.exe").
Hope this information is helpful, if the issue persist please write us back with the information in brief so that we can assist you further.
