As per the issue description, I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if they are helpful.
a) Press Windows Key + R combination, type put regedit in Run dialog box and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.
b) Navigate here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Scaling
c) At this registry location and in the right pane of above shown window, look for the MonitorSize named registry string. Please note that this registry key is not available in non-touch based computers. The incorrect Value data for the MonitorSize registry
string is the root cause behind this issue. Double click on same string to modify it.
d) Finally, in the
Edit String box, put a decimal data such as 22.5. Click
OK. Close Registry Editor, reboot and your problem should be fixed after restarting machine.
