Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

In order to assist you in a better way please answer the below questions.

- Did you make any changes prior to this issue?

- Did update any drivers or latest Updates?

Meanwhile I suggest you to enter into safe mode with networking and update graphic card drivers and check.

Step 1:

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-10/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. It can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC. For example, if the problem doesn't happen in safe mode, you'll know default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue.

Step 2: Update Graphic card drivers.

  1. Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.

  2. Expand Display Driver from the list.

  3. Right click on the Graphic driver and select update driver software.

Hope the information helps, if you have any further queries, feel free to post. We are here to assist you.

Regards,

Guru Kiran

Hi,

I'm sure I did make changes, not sure what those might have been however, none that was RIGHT before the first time this happened (about 1.5 months ago).

I did update my graphics drivers last week, to no avail.

I ordered a new graphics card and thought I would install it the next time this issue happened.

Thanks,

Kurt
