My Passport Ultra driver problem

I have a WD My Passport Ultra that I've been running for about four months just fine. My computer (Windows 8 and now 10) stopped recognising it yesterday. It isn't seen in Explorer, but is there in Device Manager with a 'needs troubleshooting' icon. When I troubleshoot it says it needs drivers, but then when I click Apply this fix it doesnt' resolve the problem - just shows it as not solved. What can I do?
