Hi John,

We would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

Can you tell us what issue you are trying to troubleshoot before getting the Microsoft account required error prompt?
Is the issue limited to the current Windows user profile you are using?
What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Windows apps troubleshot .yes.cannot login to apps and email accounts.I will send the picture.Above the picture show after troubleshoots in microsoft apps.All the apps in my computer cannot open.after troubleshoots windows apps，it need microsoft account required.

What error message do you get when you try to login to your apps and email accounts? How about trying a new user profile and see if there would be any changes? This is to isolate the possibility of a user profile corruption. Try to create a new user profile and let us know the outcome.
