Your screenshots look just like mine. I have a ASUS F551CA notebook. Here is a screenshot of my dev mgr that has NO BLUETOOTH options {which is why I was running the H&D t.s.} and my dev info. I have already reset this notebook 3 times and the only things I have added is the mobile hotspot for my internet and port hd for storage. I have no personal files, pictures, games, etc.  I haven't been able to really use this notebook since I got it as a Christmas gift in 2014 because of no internet access until 7/2015.  Then when access was available I have been dealing with this whole Windows 10 mess. I am so lost, I don't even know what my issues are anymore. I would like to have a smooth running device. Has anyone answered your ? on how to fix the t.s. restart issue for you? I would like to know how to fix and which driver is out

Hi Santosh

I have restarted my system repeatedly but all in vain.

With the method that you asked me to perform, there isn't any update option when I right click on Network Adapters. But, I updated each of the driver individually under the heading. When I updated my touchpad driver, the system crashed. The 'blue screen of death' appeared. The system restarted. I suppose the problem is with Asus drivers, although not sure

Hi Subham,

Thanks for replying to us with the status of your issue.

We appreciate you for trying the troubleshooting steps.

As per your query, I like to inform you that, to get the network driver first you need to expand the network adapter section. Form the list you select the network driver and then right click on the driver and select Update driver software.

Since, your system is getting crashed after updating the touchpad driver, I suggest you try installing the touch pad driver in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

To install a program in compatibility mode, refer to the below link:

Note: Applies to Windows 10 as well.

Hope it helps, reply to us with the status of your issue. We will be happy to assist you.
