InjectTouchInput () does not work on Windows 10 Anniversary Update

InjectTouchInput () does not work on Windows 10 Anniversary Update

When capturing and injecting touch input using RegisterPointerInputTarget (), InjectTouchInput (), the injected touch event is not converted to a mouse event.
Exactly, there is a problem that WM_POINTERDOWN is not converted to WM_LBUTTONDOWN in DefWindowProc ().
This problem continues from Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
There is no problem with Windows 10 TH 2, Windows 10 RTM, Windows 8.1.
