It stops working with every single update. EVERY SINGLE ONE. It'll then start working randomly. I've had 3 or 4 answers from Microsoft support but it doesn't help. Never does. I just want to use my bluetooth headphones. As far as I can tell, you guys just see something working and decide it needs to stop. I'm getting sick of spending hours every couple of weeks trying to reinstall a driver that won't work but says is up to date. This time it has been off for 2 days.

Am I the only one with this problem? if so why? if not why?
