Can anyone tell me if Offline Files are still supported in Windows 10, and if so, by which version (Home vs. Pro)? I haven't been able to find any information except around OneDrive, which is not what I'm after.
In answer to your question, despite the fact that Microsoft has done a very poor job of providing a unified technical reference on the new Windows 10 OS, "Offline Files" does indeed exist in Windows 10,
and it works - at least in the Pro version. I just found it on my new Dell Precision Mobile Workstation 5510. Open Control Panel. For some reason, Microsoft decided that
everyone would love having every applet hidden within 8 categories. Good luck finding Sync Center therein, I never did. But search from within Control Panel from within the Explorer window for it, and it comes up under "All Control
Panel Items" (see first two screenshots below). After opening the app, click "Manage Offline Files" and, on the "General" tab, click to "Enable Offline Files". You're done!
