I can't save in Windows 10 or change permissions.

I am unable to save anything because anytime I do try, I am hit with a message saying i do not have permission.  I found a solution on here where you change the permissions in the security tab.  

However I have the required permission already set.  I am loged in as the administrator which has full access in all folders.  

However I also noticed there is a HomeUser which does not have  full permission.  I am wondering if there is a way I am logged in as HomeUser but it says I am administrator and what I can do to be logged in as Admin.

I just Upgraded I did not buy Windows 10.

I chose to revert back to Windows 7.  When they provide an Administration module so I can go in easily and determine Sharing and users access and what accounts are there I may go back. I am logged in as administrator yet I am being told I can't save any new documents into any of my folders without getting my permission.
