File system error 1073545193

After my upgrade from 8.1 to Windows 10, I started to get a file system error 1073545193 when I try to open any app and any pictures. Any idea how to correct this?

Let us follow the below methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: Check is the issue occurs in Safe mode. To boot the system in safe mode please refer to the link below.

Note: After the troubleshooting, make sure to boot your computer to normal mode.

Method 2:Run SFC scan.

System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Refer to these steps to perform a SFC scan:

I have exactly the same problem “File system error (-1073545193)” . sfc /scannow did not fix the issue and yes it also happens in Safe Mode. Other than Microsoft creating a fix for this or explaining why there are files corrupted and how to fix it I will disable all Universal Apps and not use them as I am not willing to reinstall Windows with all the problems it may cause with the activation being revoked and license issues!

The same issue here on surface 3, if this won't be fixed soon, the device gonna go back where it came from for refund, will get air instead, yeah, no touch but stable.

1. Press Windows key and R key together to open the Run Window.

2. Typewsreset.exe and press Enter key for the command to execute.

Have run DISM and had a look at the dism.log and cbs.log both reported a number of failures to

Just a few of the failures. Logs to long to post here. But I am non the wiser! When I click on the Store it appears and the disappears 5 seconds later. I do not log on with a Microsoft account!!
