File corruption

All my files got turned into this YKGZ.file and I can't seem to open them or even find any information about this type of files

I've tried bunch of antivirus softwares but the issue still remains

Any solutions?

I see Smeed has given you very helpful information on the thread. You may give the Emsisoft decryptor a try, but there is no guarantees it would work as the encryption key is stored on the malware developer server and no one can find it unless someone pays. We do not recommend paying them as it keeps their business alive.
