Delete temp folder (Windows 10)

I have a folder which I need to delete as it's taking up 10+GB's of my system drive.

It's situated at Local Disk (C) > drivertemp

It contains 11 separate folders with names such as: 972930128, 1245453912, 1655550031 etc.

Is it OK to delete these folders and what is the safest way to do it.

Thanks in advance

Thanks Sarah - all fine ;-)

Still trying to rid my 'c' drive of more useless garbage.

I've just discovered another 10+GB's in my AMD video card folder within that folder is one named 'packages' @ 6GB's!

I was wondering whether to download the latest driver for my graphics card and delete the whole AMD folder.

Hope you can help, regards Neil

Yes you can do that too. That's what I would do. AMD has a great update tool on their website.
