Windows 10 problems with files and HP scanner to file

Since installing Windows 10. All my files when I edit them the say read-only must have admin privilege's. But when a check on the properties of the file the read-only box is not check. And it says I need to put in another folder under a different file name.

Also when I scan something and want to put it to my scans or file I get this error message 8.[8,106,0]. I am using an HP Officejet J4680 All-in-one. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. When I do a diagnostic on it  will scan ok. The only other thing is it will scan to word but if I leave it as Doc 1 can't find it or if I change it to something else tells me I don't have permission.

Hi,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I appreciate your interest in windows 10.

I understand the inconvenience you faced. I will help you with this issue.

I would suggest you to Change the properties of the Administrator account by using the Local Users and Groups Microsoft Management Console (MMC).

1. Open the MMC console and select Local Users and Groups.

2. Right-click the Administrator account and select Properties.
 The Administrator Properties window appears.
3. On the General tab, clear the Account is Disabled check box.
4. Close the MMC console.
Administrator access is now enabled.

Hope this helps. If the issue remains unresolved, please get back to us and we would be happy to help.

Thanks.
