Error 0x80004005 extract zip files

Hi, I keep getting error 0x80004005 every time i try to extract zip files from one folder to another. I have searched everywhere online including Microsoft support but the same error occurs from unrelated issues such as outlook errors so there isnt any help there. i was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issues and if there is a solution to this? thanks
What software are you using to unzip?

Window's built in file transferor, I'll try using WinRAR or 7Zip

Have you tried copying to another folder and extracting there?

Sorry for the late response but once I installed WinRar, the error wasn't occurring any more, thank you for your help Gerry!
