We would like to know if you've tried updating your phone and Google Play Music app. Have you tried restarting your phone? If you've already done these steps, however the issue still persists, we suggest that you reach out to Samsung and Google since the
issue is with their apps. Try to contact them so they can advise you on what's the best thing to do to resolve the problem.
