Hi Sayan, Sorry, but this didn't get it. I'll try to explain it differently.
In my old version on Win 8.1, when I wanted to draft an email, or forward/reply, in order to select who I wanted to send the email to, if I didn't know their email address, or I wanted to go through a list of prospective people to send it to, I could go to the Draft email, and by selecting the "TO:" button on the draft page, my Contacts list would display, and I could go through the list, selecting the people I wanted to send the email to, and after I had highlighted all of the recipients for the email, I could transfer all of the names to the email at once, without having to enter the email addresses individually. I could do that with the CC: and also the BB: recipients. It just made life more simple for me.
With the Win 10 version of my email, that isn't how the email and contacts list works. I can't select email addresses from the Contacts list and automatically transfer them to the Draft Email address line. What I have to do now is enter each address individually. If I can't remember everyone's name I want to send an email to, I have to go back and forth between the Contacts List, then go back to the Email and type in the address. This is not an improvement over Win 8.
So that's my issue. Hopefully, I've explained it better. The link you sent to me is not for Win 10, but for some earlier version of Windows.

Hi Sayan
Like most of Win 10 and Mail but to change from gmail how do I make and use groups (mailing lists). Be helpful if you could use gmail groups as you can use folders.
