Complaint

Where do I send a written complaint to Microsoft?

I'd like to send a written complaint. I called Customer Service but they didn't know how to answer this question.  

They gave me this number: 425-882-8080 I called it, but it seems to be a rabbit hole. 

I found this mailing address below in another answers thread, but do not have great confidence it will find its way...seemingly just another rabbit hole.

So far, all the Customer Service and Answers and Contact Us have not met my needs. I'll keep trying.
