Unable to enable Insight sticky notes option on Windows 10.

Original Title: No insights in sticky notes

Hi,

I've installed the Anniversary update on my Surface Pro 3. For some reason I can't manage to enable Insights in sticky Notes. I wasn't prompted if i wanted them when i first started the app either.

Is it another limitation for non-US users? My locale is Canada and I've enabled Cortana in English Canadian.

Hi Jonathan,

 

First Ink intelligence features are only available in EN-US at launch, with more markets coming soon.  


Go to Settings > Region & Language. Once there, ensure system Country or region is set to United States and Languages to English (United States). Reboot and try enabling Insight Sticky notes on the computer to check if the issue is resolved.

 

If the issue persists, post feedback on the similar issue using Feedback app on Windows 10.
