I just updated to Windows 8.1 from a Windows 8 computer (Dell XPS 14)
Now the Store, where I actually downloaded the update, does not work. I click on it, it opens and closes.
If a new "test account" is created, it works.
Moving my profile from the existing one to a new one seems extreme and way too much work which results in essentially reinstalling the OS.
Is there any way to fix this?
