Upgrade from 8.1 to 10 - 'Reinforced Concrete'

I run Windows 8.1 and I've received an offer to update to Windows 10.1 in the update list.

Could someone please confirm that this is a legitimate update as I'm confused about the un-ticked option of 'Reinforced Concrete' as shown on the image below. I'm not aware of a software product of this name and I don't have a need of building materials on my laptop.

How does someone with "Microsoft Support Engineer" in their title even think for 10 seconds that the 'Reinforced Concrete' tick box is software on someone's PC... I just don't even.... I have no words for this... Why would you not just say "I don't Know"????? Do they punish you for those words??

Sigh... I digress,

The 'Reinforced Concrete' was a joke, a Microsoft developer attempt at some humor not intended to scare anyone. It is NOT a program or feature (*yet*) so naturally it was left unchecked. Again, it was a harmless joke by microsoft meant to be cleaver but many people were misinterpreted this as a feature that was left out (understandable).
