Q: Error 0x80070522 installing Windows 8.1

I'm trying to install the Windows 8.1 Pro OEM update to my Dell Vostro 3460 via Windows Store, and after the "Checking compability" step of update, I'm getting a 0x80070522 error status. 

The computer is on a domain and there's no policies blocking the update (already tried to install with a domain admin account). I'm the local administrator of the machine.

A:

It seems your PC is connected to a business domain. Change it normal workgroup from System Properties->Nework ID then try to install windows 8.1
When installation is done you can join re-join your domain
