Windows Store App update breaks People App [Repeatable] [Event log error Inside]

- Been working on this most of the day. It is repeatable on a fresh reset of Windows 8.1 Pro x64. I reproduced it successfully all 3 times I tried.

- It does not matter if after the reset I update windows or not. This includes once everything (Windows Apps and Windows Update) is fully updated.

- Fresh reset of Windows 8.1 Pro x64 the People app works as intended. As soon as you go into the Windows Store and update all the apps the People app will open then minimize. Every time to maximize it it will minimize again and will never get past the orange screen with the app logo in the center.

- The People app will never work again since there is no way to roll back. I tried every single windows App fix known to man including the refresh of Windows. Since this does not reset the Windows Apps back to the default versions the app remains broken.

- After the update the Mail and Calendar still work as intended.

- Here is the event log information.
