Powershell Help in KOR, CHT, CHS inserts unexpected end of line inside the parameters description

I ran PowerShell 4.0 on Windows 2012 R2 x64 in Koreean / Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese

Line wrappes in the middle of the word, or in other words,  inserts unexpected end of line inside the parameters description.

It was eventually a false alarm. The issue is caused by CR/LF chars in the MAML xml file used by PowerShell to display the help.

Anyone who encounters this should remove the CR/LF inside the parameters' description element.

Also, it is better to use PS help cmdlet -ShowWindow. It renders the help more readable.
