Video scheduler internal error win 8.1

Hello I've been having random BSOD VİDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR for some time on win 8.1 x64 sometimes it freezes without giving me a BSOD as well. Before that I was using Win7 x64 and I was getting Video scheduler has encountered a fatal error (00000119) BSOD especially while watcing video files.

My computer:

Intel i7-4700MQ 2.40 GHZ

16GB (2x8) DDR3 ram

Nvidia Geforce GTX 765M

Intel HD 4600

My video drivers and windows are up to date and I have been having this issue for some time now so rolling back drivers probably won't solve it. At first it was rare and only happened while watching videos so I didn't mind but now it's practically per hour doing irrelevant stuff.

Some of my dump files from recent BSODs

I'd be glad if someone can help.

Is, the current nVidia display driver, the MSI or nVidia version? If there is no MSI version, please navigate to services and set the startup type for nVidia streamer service to "disabled" and reboot the system.

If there is an nVidia driver specifically customized for your system, please install it.
