Driver Power State Failure problem

I have had a problem with my window 8.1. When i sleep or shutdown my lappy, it just turn off the display, but the power button still on with the light. It take about 5 min and then show a blue screen with the text error "Driver_Power_State_Failure".
Here're the dump and sys info files:

All of the attached DMP files are of the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) bug check.

This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

By default, the dumps are faulting pci.sys or ntkrnlmp which is not the true cause. If we run an !irp on the 4th parameter of the bug check (blocked IRP address), we get the following:

>[ 16, 2]   0 e1 ffffe00001e08050 00000000 fffff80191370054-ffffe000025a5b00 Success Error Cancel pending

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for Rt630x64.sys

^^ Rt630x64.sys is the Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters driver.

First off, visit HP's website and be 100% sure all of your network drivers are up to date -

If not listed on HP's website, check Realtek instead -

Do note that this can also be caused by Avira causing NETBIOS conflicts, so please remove and replace Avira with Windows 8's built-in Windows Defender for temporary troubleshooting purposes:

Windows Defender (how to turn on after removal) -
