Blue screen of death and reported nonexistent solution

I got this blue screen of death just a few minutes ago and when I searched the web I found nothing about it. Is seems strange to me, that's why I'm reporting it. You can see more details at the following image.

Is there an easy way to detect the problem using the error code? At least, to get an idea of the faulty module.

Also, another problem, which must be a bug, is that all error reports about Windows not shutting down properly appear to have a solution while they don't! When clicking on "view solution" a blank page is displayed with the message "The solution could not be downloaded. Most likely causes: (...) make sure your computer is connected to the internet (...)". This has happened again with other errors and is not a random thing. There are no connectivity problems.

Thanks in advance

Thanks John!

The attached DMP file is of the SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e) bug check.

This indicates that a system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.

^^ ATI/AMD video driver.

Ensure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest video card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the latest to ensure it's not a latest driver only issue. If you have already experimented with the latest video card driver and many previous versions, please give the beta driver for your card a try.
