What are the risks of allowing an app through a firewall just takes you to the windows help page...The discussion about learning more is not there the links are broken.

There were articles that used to link to wanted consumer information by the people paying monies for Microsoft services, now there is nothing. Please FIX the issue with the the Windows Security Alert pop up box as the link at the bottom leads not to the articles it claims to explain, but back to Windows help... not good customer service. UGH sigh
