Hi,

Thanks very much for making your own thread!

We have a few different bug checks:

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)

This bug check indicates that the requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory.

BugCheck 7A, {4, 0, ffffe0000a8cf970, a0734e82d8}

-- ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0 - STATUS_WAIT_0

BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)

This indicates that a pool header is corrupt.

BugCheck 19, {21, ffffe000095ec000, 4010, e00621a11b14e7e5}

1: kd> !pool ffffe000095ec000
Pool page ffffe000095ec000 region is Unknown

unable to get pool big page table - either wrong symbols or pool tagging is disabled

Validating Pool headers for pool page: ffffe000095ec000

Pool page [ ffffe000095ec000 ] is __inVALID.

Analyzing linked list...
[ ffffe000095ec000 ]: invalid previous size [ 0x70 ] should be [ 0x0 ]
[ ffffe000095ec000 --> ffffe000095ecb80 (size = 0xb80 bytes)]: Corrupt region

^^ This wasn't the next pool entry which we were expecting, a driver has either overwritten the pool block or it could theoretically be due to bad RAM causing corruption.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)

This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.

BugCheck 1A, {41287, 40, 0, 0}

- The 1st parameter of the bug check is 41287 which indicates an illegal page fault occurred while holding working set synchronization.

------------------------

So far, this looks like a driver causing corruption. With this said, I took a look at your loaded modules list and I saw QuickHeal.

Please remove and replace QuickHeal with Windows 8's built-in Windows Defender as it's known to cause corruption and conflicts:

QuickHeal removal - http://www.quickheal.com/prod-rem

Windows Defender (enable after removing QuickHeal) - http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/21962-windows-defender-turn-off-windows-8-a.html

Please remove and replace QuickHeal as I advised, and if the problem continues we can move forward appropriately. Having QuickHeal installed (very problematic antivirus) is creating an impasse in troubleshooting, and we cannot move forward unless it's removed from the equation.

Do note I also said for temporary troubleshooting purpose, so if it's not the issue, after we solve the real issue, you can reinstall it.

Great, now please keep me updated.

If no further crashes occur, QuickHeal was the problem, and it's solved. At that point, you can then contact QuickHeal either for a refund or a possible fix (if there is one).
