What is the make and model of the computer?
We have to analyze the issue to find the issue cause and use right resolution. Try these issue diagnosing methods in the order in which they are presented and check.
Method 1:
Ensure that you have installed available Windows updates including Optional updates. I would also suggest you to install latest chipset drivers by downloading from the computer manufacturer’s website.

Method 2:
Check the issue status in safe mode and clean boot.

Run the System File Checker tool and check

If the issue still persists, create a new user account and check the issue status in the newly created user account.
