Hi

This error is caused by the Logitech Download Assistant component.

That error message is coming from the Logitech Download Assistant (LDA). This is a Logitech component that checks for updated drivers.

This is a common issue after removing any Logitech hardware devices.

Here is the fix.

1. From the Desktop, right click the Taskbar and select Task Manager. In Task Manager click the Startup Tab.

2. Locate the LogiLDA entry. Right click that component and select the Disable option.

This will get rid of the error messages.
