"Please Wait" Blue screen on Windows (8.1)

Please help me. What is this screen appearing sometimes while i'm working. If I canceled it, then it stuck and I should restart the lap.

I would suggest you to create Windows 8/8.1 installation media. Refer the following link.

How to create installation media for a PC refresh or reset:

Follow these methods.

Method 1: Unplug all external devices, except keyboard and mouse, then try to boot the PC.

Method 2: Perform Automatic repair from Windows Recovery Environment (Win RE).

To perform Automatic repair on Windows 8.1 computer follow these steps:

a) Insert Windows 8.1 installation disk and restart the computer.

b) Press F12 key(typically this is F12, but it can differ between computer manufacturers) and choose the drive that you inserted the installation media into.

c) Once the Windows Setup window appears, follow these steps:

d) Click on Next and selectRepair your computer.

e) You will then see a blue screen and an option to choose.

f) Choose the optionTroubleshootand select Advanced options.

g) Choose Automatic Repair to restartfrom Advanced boot option.

h) Once restarted, choose an account with administrative privileges fromAutomatic repair window credentials of which you want to use to repair Windows 8.

i) In the next screen, enter the appropriate password and hit theContinue button to initiate the Automatic repair process.

Method 3: If Automatic Repair fails, then perform System Restore,

a) Insert Windows 8.1 installation media and restart the computer.

b) Press F12 key (typically this is F12, but it can differ between computer manufacturers) and choose the drive that you inserted the installation media into.

c) Once the Windows Setup window appears, follow these steps:

d) Click on Next and select Repair your computer.

e)You will then see a blue screen and an option to choose.

f) Choose the option Troubleshootand select Advanced options.

g) Select Restore and follow the onscreen prompt.

Hello,

My computer has the same problem.

And I just uninstalled the one drive in the safe mode.

After I restart, and it just work normally.

There is a problem with the one drive ad windows 8.1, i guess.
