As you said I did the sfc scan and found out the files that are corrupted was not windows systems files. The corrupted files are AMD Display Drivers which was install as Beta drivers. And it causes the logonui.exe to crash.
So what I did was,
1.Uninstall the latest beta driver "AMD_Catalyst_14.3_Beta_V1.0".
2.Revert back to stable drivers "13-12_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe".
Now no error occur!.
Thank you very much for your support!.
