LogMeIn appears to be calling directly into a bug check. I've checked the modules list and there doesn't seem to be anything security related remaining that would cause conflicts with this program, so the program itself may be the issue.
With this said, go ahead and remove LogMeIn for troubleshooting purposes. If you heavily rely on the use of remote access software, you can in the mean time use an alternative such as TeamViewer (which I prefer more, anyway).
LogMeIn Hamachi currently faces a critical bug that is causing 0x44 BSOD's. Until LogMeIn goes ahead and implements a fix, the only workaround that stops the BSOD's at this time is to go ahead and uninstall LogMeIn Hamachi.
