Hi,

The attached DMP file is of the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)

This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.

1. Remove and replace BitDefender with Windows 8's built-in Windows Defender for temporary troubleshooting purposes as it's very likely causing conflicts:
