Windows 8.1 Doesn't detect my built-in Camera.

I have a Lenovo B570e Laptop running Windows 8.1 and the Camera app and other 'Modern' Apps like Skype and Video Moment won't recognize the camera, it just displays this message: "To get started, connect a camera."

and I have a built-in camera which supposedly be much easier to detect than USB cameras. I've already dug in from Lenovo's drivers but all I can find is drivers for Windows 7 or older. I've gone to Device Manager and tried to update the camera driver but it said I have the latest driver installed. The camera works in the desktop though, but I use the Modern Skype to call my families outside the country, now I'll just have to stick to the desktop mode of Skype to video chat instead of the modern Skype which is easier to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and sorry if my English is bad.

P.S: It even doesn't work in Windows 8.
