Hi

The error message that you are seeing, the TDR (Timeout Detection and Recovery).
This behavior can occur for one or more of the following reasons:

1. You may need to install the latest updates for your display driver.
2. Visual effects, or too many programs running in the background may be slowing your PC down.
3. The Graphics device is taking more time than permitted to display graphics to your monitor.

When the installed graphics device takes too long to respond, Windows will attempt to restart the device. If this happens too often or if it fails, then the TDR error will occur.

In your case, the driver (idgkmd32.sys) for the installed Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600 Series is causing the problem.

According to the .NFO file you posted, you are using an outdated version of this driver. You can download and install the latest driver on the following website.

Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 7/8/8.1 32-bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=3319&DwnldID=23376&lang=eng&iid=dc_rss

Go to that website and download the Win32_152820.exe file. Save the file to your Dektop. Exit all running programs, right click the file and select the Run as Administrator option.

After the install is complete, restart the computer and test the results.

Let us know how this works for you.

Hi Adam

Those are definitely the Intel drivers for the installed graphics device?

Read the following information on the download page for those drivers.

"Usage:
These software drivers are generic versions and can be used for general purposes. However, computer original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the software or software packaging they provide. To avoid any potential installation incompatibilities on your OEM system, Intel recommends that you check with your OEM and use the software provided by your system manufacturer. "

It may be that ASUS made changes to that device that requires custom drivers to be installed.

Contact ASUS support to get the custom drivers.

Go to this website and select your model.

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Support:

http://support.asus.com/download/Options.aspx?SLanguage=en&type=9

This will have the information about the hardware devices installed on that specific model and the download for the latest drivers.

You can also discuss this issue with others who have that model.

Not solve the problems, How come there aren't any update to fix The Driver Graphic Card crash. The problems is Windows 8 as well as 10 (build 9226). I already test boot OS and latter is even worst to always crash with igdkmd32.sys
