I keep getting blue screens with the error "BSOD 0000009F nt!MmTrimAllSystemPagableMemory DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE".

LukeTurner93 asked on
Hey everyone,
I'm running a program called Soluto, which emails me with any issues with my computer(s) and I keep getting one with this error. I've never actually seen the laptop blue screen because it only seems to happen when the laptop's in 'sleep' mode, but when I go to turn it back on it is off.
I used Google to search for the error code in the title (which is what Soluto tells me the error is), and haven't found anything useful to me because each person's error is unique.

I have the dump file from the most recent blur screen but I'm not sure how to upload it here, if I am even able to.
I'm not sure if this will work, but I uploaded the dump file to Google Drive https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzshZWshgnF-U1hCYkJIWlRFRVE

Hi,

The attached DMP file is of the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) bug check.

This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

If we run an !irp on the 4th parameter of the bug check (blocked IRP address):

^^ Atheros Bluetooth Driver.

Visit Acer's website and be 100% sure all of your Bluetooth drivers are up to date - http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

If not lasted there, check here - http://www.atheros.cz/

------------------

In your loaded drivers list, dtsoftbus01.sys is listed which is the Daemon Tools driver. Daemon Tools is a very popular cause of BSOD's in 7/8 based systems. Please uninstall Daemon Tools. Alternative imaging programs are: MagicISO, Power ISO, etc.

^^ ScreamingBee Audio is terrible voice changing software, it's very buggy. I'd uninstall it ASAP. It also causes infections (mostly trojans) if it's a cracked version.
