D3D Error - after updating to Windows 8.1

Just updated to Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Computer Specs: Sony VAIO VPCCA15FG
  • Intel Core i5-2410M @ 2.30GHz
  • 4 GM RAM
  • 64-bit OS
Display Adapters:
  • AMD Radeon HD 6630M (The original/not updated driver was 6600-or something, it has no Switchable Graphics)
  • Intel HD Graphics 3000
Screen Resolution: 1366x768

Playing the game 'Red Orchestra 2' from Steam
Upon starting the game, a usual Splash Screen (Logo) will appear.
Then an error comes up.

"D3D Error
Failed to create D3D device..." Clicking OK crashes the game to desktop.

I was able to play the game without error before on Windows 8.

I tried DirectX Runtime End User... something. It tell me I have the latest Directx 11 or updated.

Whenever, I run 'dxdiag', I get another error.

"DirectX Diagnostic Tool
DxDiag has detected that there might have been a problem accessing Direct3D the last time this program was used. Would you like to bypass Direct3D this time?" Yes or No?

If No, it crashes.. saying "It stopped working..."
If Yes, I see the details on the Dxdiag window...

On the Display Tab,

Under DirectX Features
  • DirectDraw Acceleration: Disabled
  • Direct3D Acceleration: Not Available
  • AGP Texture Acceleration: Not Available
What should I do?
Why did Windows 8.1 make these kinds of DirectX/3D Problems?

Please help me.
I searched a lot on the internet.
Tried .NET Framework and it's fine.

I have tried that.

What about the 'dxdiag' error?
The Direct3D stuffs..

I think it's Windows 8.1 hating my Graphics Cards.
Though they are old.

The errors are my main problem..
Please do help me.

This is not a Steam problem, and neither vga drivers problem, Windows 8.1 it is. Go back to windows 8 and be happy. I have lost days, weeks, maybe 2 months already trying to figure this and it's absolutely amazing how no one knows how to solve this.

I tried everything, from vga drivers (all the versions I have found), to .net framework, directx, registry errors, and on and on and on.

Love you Microsoft but sometimes I get really pissed by this little things no one knows how to solve :/
