D3D Error : 0x8876086A while running a 3D game.

Original Title: D3D Error : 0x8876086A

I updated my Laptop from Windows 8 to 8.1 and while running a 3D game I got this error "D3D Error : 0x8876086A"

I re-installed the game, it doesn't change if we install DirectX again.
:(
How do i fix this ?

Hey Guys,
Thanks, I just uninstalled both my Intel's 4000 HD and ATI 7730M drivers and installed it again.
This worked :)
