Hi E Hamid,
From my research I found that this issue will occur if Hyper-V is enabled on the computer. If you have it enabled, let’s disable it and check. Refer to the following steps.
Windows key+ X, click Control Panel, and choose Programs and Features.
Choose Turn Windows features on or off
Uncheck the tick mark next to Hyper-V, click
Restart the computer.
