Where are the Stock Windows 8.1 Voice Recognition and Handwriting Recognition Files saved? File type? Moving the files to a different computer?

Where are the Stock Windows 8.1 Voice Recognition and Handwriting Recognition Files saved? (What is their location in the file explorer)

Do they sync with Windows 8.1 on a different computer? (windows log-in seems to sync apps etc, these should be sync'd too)

What are the file types?

How do we harvest them before resetting / reformating the computer or transitioning to a new computer?

Comments. The benefits of Dragon is that you can take your voice files and move them to another computer.  "Refresh" and factor resets are great support solutions, but they appear to wipe out the voice recognition training and the hand-writing training...

This is beyond frustrating.

Thank you for helping me fix this important problem.  Seems like it would be a good thing to sync with OneDrive...

Open a tablet like a surface pro 3 with a Pen / stylus.

Use the on screen keyboard.

Change the on-screen keyboard to detect handwriting.

That keyboard gets better with time as the user corrects the handwriting transcription from say cursive to typed text.   Where is that information saved?
