Where i work we scan and attach documents from out network drive to a program. Ive never had problems deleting files before until i got this new computer with windows 8.1 (previous was windows 7). What i do is attach the file to our program and when the program says "completed" i go back to my file, right click, and delete. Before everything went flawlessly, but now i get an error saying its open in another program. If it comes up (which it does most of the time) i just keep clicking try again. normally it ranges from 2-10 times that i have to click before it finally deletes and i want to know why and how to fix the problem. Would upgrading to windows 10 help?
