Why I cannot receive any emails from my singnet email account after setting up the Mail tile to link to my Singnet email?

I had added both my email account to link up to the Mail tile in the Start menu.  However, when I click on the Mail tile -> select singnet email account, no emails at all?  Why?  How to resolve this?  Appreciate your reply ASAP!

Is Singnet a POP email App? If so the Windows 8.0/8.1 can't run POP email accounts

What kind of free email account should I used instead to link the windows 8 mail tile? Besides Outlook? Thks.

This issue is usually caused due to account sync issues. I would like to know some information about this issue so that we could assist you further.

1. Were you able to add the account successfully?

2. Do you get any error code or error message?

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works for you.

Method 1:

Try the steps in the following Microsoft Help article and check if it helps.

Method 2:

Try removing and re-adding the email account and check if the issue persists.

Refer to the following Microsoft Help article to remove and re-add the email account in Mail app.

Note: Refer to the section "Remove an Account" first and then refer "Setup Mail app and add contacts".
